About the Artist

Hi!

My name is Natalie Beach!

I am a proud fourth generation Oregonian. I grew up in Bend which is nestled in the middle of the state and surrounded by the beautiful Cascade Mountains. These gorgeous mountains inspired me to express my appreciation for the beauty of our world through my art. I named my art Octane Creations because put my heart and soul into each piece of art I create making them dynamic or powerful. My favorite subjects are landscapes, vehicles, animals, and when I have spare time I love indulging in various fan art!

I currently live in North Idaho with my husband, Tristan, and our Catahoula Leopard Dog, Piper. Tristan plays a huge role in my art journey, he is my number one cheerleader but also an honest critic when needed. Piper serves as my muse making many appearances in my sketchbook, and being a great model for when I need pet portrait practice. I earned my Associate of Arts degree at North Idaho College (NIC) in 2023, this is also where I work full time, and met my husband!

I am very passionate about all things art. I advocate for not only creating art but consuming it as well. We are at a point in time where it is crucial to support artists we enjoy!

Thank you for visiting!
